We understand that the Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 (61 houses to be built for Persimmon) has been granted permission.
Under revised rules introduced by the Government to speed up approval of applications, and in the absence of a request by the relevant Borough Cllr. for the application to go back to Plans Committee for final review, the reserved matters were cleared by the planning officer.
