Planning applications are due to be submitted for a proposed new residential development on the brownfield site that formed part of Springfield’s Industrial Estate, Newport.
You are invited to come along to see the plans and talk through the details and the proposed timescales at a community engagement drop in session being held on Tuedsay 17 May.
Subject to planning permission, the proposed residential development would be brought forward by Nuplace as part of their rental portfolio.
You will also have the opportunity to ask Nuplace questions about the rental opportunities, applying and other Nuplace developments.
