Bernie Jones and Brain Nelson, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Canals Trust, will provide a PowerPoint presentation focusing on the most recent progress made by the Canals Trust, particularly relating to the Wappenshall project; the work carried out at Meretown this year; the future of the Black Shed; the canal’s place in the Town Plan etc. and the further plans for the future of the Canals Trust
The event, sponsored by Newport and District Civic Society, is being held on Tuesday 25th November 2014, commencing at 7.30 pm, at St. Andrew’s Church Hall, Church Aston TF10 9JG. A small admission charge of £2 includes for coffee and biscuits.
