Further to my letter 20th September 2016 and the Council’s notification of the TWLP hearing timetable. It is with regret that I have to inform you that the Inspector, Michael Hetherington, has been taken ill and it now is necessary to postpone the examination programme.
The deadline for receipt of additional statements and confirmation of participation, 5pm on Friday 28th October 2016 which has since passed, remains unchanged.
The inspector will not accept any additional statements.
At this moment in time I am unable to give any firm indications at to when the programme will recommence however I am anticipating that we will be in a position
to resume week commencing 12th December 2016. I will contact you in a fortnight’s time to confirm these dates.
Responses to the Inspector’s Matters, Issues and Questions will be available in the examination library and placed on the
Council’s website at www.telford.gov.uk/localplan.
